What is My Life Simpler? What does a personal assistant/concierge service do?

Quite simply, the goal of My Life Simpler is to save you time. Our consultants assist you in managing your personal and/or professional life. They are available to handle your endless to-do list and time-consuming errands. Our corporate clients find our services improve productivity and employee morale.


How is My Life Simpler different than Peapod and other grocery delivery services?

Our consultants deliver more than just groceries! We not only allow you to choose from your local grocery store, we also include the everyday items from your favorite retailers. Our "Smart Shopping" program allows us to pass along additional savings, while Peapod and other delivery services increase the price of your grocery items.


Will I always be working with the same consultant?

Yes. Working with the same consultant will allow them to become familiar with your routine and anticipate any additional needs.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).


How do I get billed for my services from My Life Simpler?

My Life Simpler members will be billed on the 1st of each month. Upon request, you can choose to pay by the week or by delivery. Your consultant will explain the payment process in further detail during your initial consultation. The Columbus Package billing will be customized based on the services provided.


How do I pay for the groceries and/or products I receive?

We encourage our plan members to create a secure My Life Simpler account that will allow you to safely deposit and track funds, take advantage of local pricing discounts, and avoid any processing fees. Feel more comfortable paying-as-you-go? No problem! You will still be eligible for many local discounts including all grocery store loyalty discounts; however, you may be charged a 0.5% processing fee for your items purchased via credit card.


Does My Life Simpler have service providers with whom they have an ongoing relationship?

Yes, the true value in our service is our relationship with local vendors. Our preference is to use Arlington vendors whenever possible.


Can I change my delivery schedule?

Only if it makes your life simpler! Just give us a call prior to your delivery time and we will make the necessary adjustments.


Is your company insured and bonded?

Absolutely.
